Spa Policies

Upon entering the spa, you are entering a place of peace; so please, remove your shoes, turn off your phone and enjoy!


Due to the nature of the services being provided, we ask that you arrive a few minutes early for your appointment to avoid any undue stress on yourself, your therapist or other clients receiving treatments. Appointments will not be extended due to tardiness.


Flourish Skin Studio has a 24 hour cancellation policy. We require that you provide us with at least 24 hour notice of any changes or cancellation of appointments. If this is not provided, Flourish reserves the right to charge 50% of the missed service to your credit card on file. No show/ no call appointments will be charged 100% of the missed service and any future appointments will require a deposit of 50% of the booked service paid on the date of booking via etransfer. No exceptions. If you have asked to move an appointment and we do not get confirmation from you in regards to the reschedule prior to 24 hours before your appointment, this is considered a late cancellation, as we leave the appointment as is until we receive confirmation. If we still haven't received confirmation of your rescheduled appointment by the time your original appointment time, this is considered as a no show. While we try to accommodate requests to the best of our abilities, we have to have these policies in place in order to protect our business and ensure a mutual understanding and respect.


Children are always welcome to have services in the spa, however we do ask that your child is able to act appropriately within the space. Due to the nature of our space, we ask that your child is able to respect the energy and peace in the spa and enjoy their treatment while respecting all other guests.

We ask that children who are not receiving a service, do not attend appointments with you in order to respect the experience of other guest within our space.


We want everyone visiting us to have a relaxed and wonderful treatment here at Flourish, so we appreciate everyone's understanding in this matter in order to keep a stress free environment.



Return Policy

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Opened products may not be returned.

Gift Certificates

Service Gift Certificates may be used for any regularly priced service

and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Dollar amount gift certificates may be used for regularly priced products or services.

After 6 months, a dollar amount gift certificate may only be used for services

and they do not expire.

Gift certificates can not be used toward promotions.


Any discounts can not be combined with any other promo, discount or gift certificate.


All bookings require credit card confirmation. If you have booked over the phone or via email, if the appointment has not been confirmed with a credit card by the end of the day it is booked, the appointment will be cancelled.
